Lately, I've been listening to the Soundtrack to Bastion (Honestly, It's brilliant.) and I was wondering if any Escapists could recommend me something similar?

Or just post you're favourites ^.^

The ones that I looking for in particular are closer to Build That Wall [http://supergiantgames.bandcamp.com/track/build-that-wall-zias-theme], Mother, Im Here [http://supergiantgames.bandcamp.com/track/mother-im-here-zulfs-theme], Setting Sail, Coming Home [http://supergiantgames.bandcamp.com/track/setting-sail-coming-home-end-theme] and The Pantheon [http://supergiantgames.bandcamp.com/track/the-pantheon-aint-gonna-catch-you].

Full soundtrack if folks are interested. [http://supergiantgames.bandcamp.com/album/bastion-original-soundtrack]

... I'm thinking Hugh Laurie... not sure if Let Them Talk is your kind of thing tho...
I've heard some of his stuff, and while I love him as an actor, his singing, not so much :/

It's odd, 'cos from that album... some of the songs, I just do not like (granted, acoustic blues isn't really my thing) such as Swanee River 'cos his singing voice forced rounded vowels, but for Guess I'm a Fool it suited it quite well. *shrug*

Huh, that is a good soundtrack. I know there are a few Joe Bonamassa songs in that vein, he's a great guy for blues. I don't know if Seasick Steve would be your thing, it's a bit er... rougher. Or what about the later Johnny Cash stuff? The acoustic covers he did were pretty dark and I love them. His versions of I Hung My Head and Danny Boy are just awesome.

I know something a bit more like what you're after, but I can't remember for the life of me what it is.

Just quickly throwing out a few names: Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker and Elmore James ought to keep you occupied, possibly for the rest of your life.

I clicked this thread thinking "Awesome! Acoustic blues!" and then I remembered I don't really listen to any... unless the White stripes count (which I recently got into).
