Soooo... playing ACR taking a break from the actual story and getting all the view point when I see one of the memory letters, gingerly go to pick it up, and suddenly *gasp!* error message?! Disk cannot be read?! I get booted from the game. It shuts the game off and returns me to the xbox dashboard.
"Okay", I think, "that sucked." But things were only beginning.
I restart game, and it's running fine it appears. At the main menu, all the options are responding... until I try to load my save file. Its corrupted. I can't get to the gameplay. I'm trapped in that weird animus digital white room, where you can move around, but nothing loads, and eventually that same error message appears and kicks the game off again.
I can start a new game, and I think, "Okay, that REALLY sucked." I started a new game, got even further than last play, and eventually return to that same memory page.
Repeat the above explanation.

I thought it might be my xbox, but that doesn't make sense, and the disk is brand new, no scratches and the game runs fine otherwise. It has to be coding error.
Is this happening to anyone else, and what the heck do I do to fix it? Return to store for new copy or what? Brave tech support line? Help escapists! Just want play ACR!
