Wasn't ACTA repealed?

Not that I know of. From the looks of things its going to go through, since there's going to be no more negotiations on it. That is it'll go through unless countries start dropping out of the deal, which seems possible.

But it won't be as bad as it was. Still a pain, but not as bad.
