His reputation is complete garbage right now. And, I think what makes it worse is that he couldn't care less what the gaming community thinks of him. He doesn't provide a service so much as enable a fix. I'm just waiting for the inevitable fall. Eventually, some inside trading will come to light, or that he's had his chubby fingers in some shady real estate deal. Any way it goes, despite winning, I think she's a scam artist because you generally don't wind up in a job like that without having some idea what it entails.

Air Stewardesses =/= sex workers

Get that through your head. They are not strippers, porn star, "glamour" models and are NOT escorts! They are to serve drinks, manage difficult passenger and make sure everyone assumes the crash position so in case of an accident all their body parts will be easier for the crash investigators to collect. Just because they have to look presentable and professional for their job does not make them Arm Candy, eye candy or any sort of candy metaphor. Basically they have to be bouncers while looking like a waitress.

I think you've watched too many eurotrash pornos with certain skewed expectations of "air stewardesses" and the same could be said for Kotick and his cronies.

Well, I think I sure can drink to this news.

So, in summation:

Lady doesn't want to be with ugly dude. Dude gets fresh. She reports it to dude's boss. Boss tells Kotick who fires her for not being arm candy.

She sues them all. They appeal, get turned down and then pay out minimum damages.

Unless there's anything subtle I've missed, that makes Kotick a pimp.

So...He wants to charge us more, have women who says he's passionate, fires women who can't play along and splits up people who work for him.

Provably as well.

Why is this man not in jail?

Because he's got money, boatloads of it. I wouldn't put it past Kotick to grease a few palms to keep himself out of prison. Though really, this will not help the suit against him by the former Infinity Ward heads.

Actually, the cost of legal fees usually gets covered in a suit like that. So Kotick would end up indirectly paying her lawyers too.
