there's another lawsuit he hopefully loses NEXT year...
Do tell. Are people suing him for being a twit?
Oh, well, Robert fired the CEO's of Infinity Ward days before their final paychecks were due. Then refused to pay them. After the incident, the two IW workers sued Activision for some serious cash. After the rest of the IW employees heard of this, over 90% of the IW employees left and joined the new company that the two CEO's created called Respawn Entertainment which is now a sub-company of EA.

Of course, I completely forgot. Thanks for reminding me.

His reputation is complete garbage right now. And, I think what makes it worse is that he couldn't care less what the gaming community thinks of him. He doesn't provide a service so much as enable a fix. I'm just waiting for the inevitable fall. Eventually, some inside trading will come to light, or that he's had his chubby fingers in some shady real estate deal. Never underestimate the abilty of the self-entitled and conceited to sabotage their lives.

Bobby Kotick: Displaying all the wisdom, knowledge, and foresight of Steve Carell on The Office.

No, seriously, that's who he reminds me of right now.

Mmm, how does that reality taste, Kotick?

*Writes down plans to paint the word "Reality" on a baseball bat and...* Oh geez, is this thing still on?

Hmm, greedy or stupid?

Look like he is a LOT of both.

The board/shareholders should vote to fire him from CEO of Activision before he runs that company (and all its good studios) into the ground.

Any way it goes, despite winning, I think she's a scam artist because you generally don't wind up in a job like that without having some idea what it entails.
Air Stewardesses =/= sex workers

Get that through your head. They are not strippers, porn star, "glamour" models and are NOT escorts! They are to serve drinks, manage difficult passenger and make sure everyone assumes the crash position so in case of an accident all their body parts will be easier for the crash investigators to collect. Just because they have to look presentable and professional for their job does not make them Arm Candy, eye candy or any sort of candy metaphor. Basically they have to be bouncers while looking like a waitress.

I think you've watched too many eurotrash pornos with certain skewed expectations of "air stewardesses" and the same could be said for Kotick and his cronies.

Quick! Turn this into a circus! You might not get another shot like this! Take it! One man's fail (any type of fail) is another man's (or group of people) bullet.

Looks like Bobby has a little less money to swim in...

While I must admit that it gets the point across, I must call "not cool" because Duck Tales was my favorite show as a kid.

Still, clever use of pictures. Kudos.

I feel like a prick, but my first thought was to wonder what the flight attendant looks like, since all of this started with her being harrassed. I hope she was worth the trouble, jackasses.

Oh you poor baby, did you have to carry your own luggage too?!

Sympathy not given Mr. Kotick. Not given at all.

Well, I think I sure can drink to this news.

So, in summation:

Lady doesn't want to be with ugly dude. Dude gets fresh. She reports it to dude's boss. Boss tells Kotick who fires her for not being arm candy.

She sues them all. They appeal, get turned down and then pay out minimum damages.

Unless there's anything subtle I've missed, that makes Kotick a pimp.

So...He wants to charge us more, have women who says he's passionate, fires women who can't play along and splits up people who work for him.

Provably as well.

Why is this man not in jail?
Because he's got money, boatloads of it. I wouldn't put it past Kotick to grease a few palms to keep himself out of prison. Though really, this will not help the suit against him by the former Infinity Ward heads.

Holy crap, American legal fees are insane. Justice for all my old world ass.

So that's what? About 3 million in legal fees stemming from a 200k settlement? I really hope that lady got a cheaper lawyer...
Actually, the cost of legal fees usually gets covered in a suit like that. So Kotick would end up indirectly paying her lawyers too.
