Actors you're tired of.

If I had 50 votes to cast in a reverse American Idol style actor vote off, I would cast them all for Topher Grace. He poisons otherwise decent movies, and has such a narrow range of acting ability its puzzling how he continues to get work.

I mean there are so many better actors for the role of smug, smarmy, weasely, arrogant, and or cowardly tool out there that his services in that capacity are unneeded.

Will Smith and Shia Lebouf's careers haven't exactly been on the upswing in the last few years either ijs.

That Benedict Cummerbatch guy. I don't mind the dullness and just not very-goodness, it's just he pops up everywhere.

Russel Crowe. Rubbish actor.

Will Smith and his talentless kids. He needs to stop shoving them down our throats because they suck at acting/singing/entertaining.

Johnny Depp: sick of the "quirky" card being played
Bradley Cooper: only pretty, can't act, not funny
Jason Statham: terrible testosterone movies
Anyone in a man-child comedy: this should be obvious
Will Smith: unfunny hack, forcing his kids into the industry, especially the son, who apparently can only RARELY get cast in a movie NOT involving his father
Tom Cruise: too old to be an action hero, and he was never a good one at that

I'm sure I'll come back to add to this list, but I am REALLY sick and tired of the same-old same-old.

2 words: Nicholas Cage.

I never considered Cage a good actor, he does have some good moments, like the infamous "NOT THE BEES" scene. But mostly, Cage seems like one of those actors that can make any role seem quirky. Also, I didn't think he should've been Ghost Rider.

But that is just my opinion.

OT: Leonardo di Caprio

He's in more and more movies despite having the acting range of a goat. Even Martin Scorsese cast him in three of his movies for some baffling reason. Leonardo di Caprio with his boyish yelps as Howard Hughes, are you serious?!

Really? I think Leonardo is a great actor. He's been brilliant in his latest movies, and he plays a variety of different characters very well. He especially impressed me in Django Unchained.

I actually wish DiCaprio was in more movies. Very under-appreciated actor who is always willing to learn more and better himself. You don't find that humble trait too often nowadays.

I would rank him just below Matt Damon in terms of acting quality. Sure, he's not the worse actor ever, but I'm always painfully aware that he's acting a character instead of being a character. His performance never feels natural, and he doesn't ever disappear into the person he's portraying. He always comes across as Leonardo di Caprio acting.

He's just way too mediocre to get this many high profile roles. And someone ought to get flogged for casting him as Howard Hughes. Or J. Edgar Hoover for that matter.

Well that's just like your opinion man.

Honestly, I think he's a fantastic actor.

I'm with you, I think Leonardo diCaprio is awesome, now he's grown up a bit, he's seemed to really come into his own.

Having said that this clip reminds me how bored I am of Samuel L Jackson. In the right place he's fine, but Sam Jackson playing Sam Jackson all the time is starting to grate on me. He was the only let down in an awesome film here.

Funny how that works. I recently saw Django, and to me Samuel L. Jackson stole every scene he was in right from under di Caprio's nose. He stuck a wonderfull balance between threatening and subservient.

Adam Sandler. I mean I guess I can't hate him because he is never in anything that I'm even remotely interested in. But seriously, how does he keep making movies?

Hey, did you guys see that movie where Tom cruise played a flat everyman character? Did you also see the one where he plays the superskilled professional?

Cool, you've seen almost every recent performance of his.

And by 'recent performance' surely you mean 'every performance'.

Clearly you have never seen Lions for Lambs or Valkyrie.

Sam Jackson deserved the Oscar that went to Waltz for Supporting Actor, in my humble opinion. I think the Academy was too scared of nominating such a horrid, controversial character and went for the safe bet of rewarding the one good white guy in the movie (yes, Waltz is awesome in the role, but didn't we see more or less the same thing in Basterds? Also Sam Jackson surprised people in ways Waltz did not).

I think the Academy was too scared of nominating such a horrid, controversial character and went for the safe bet of rewarding the one good white guy in the movie (yes, Waltz is awesome in the role, but didn't we see more or less the same thing in Basterds? Also Sam Jackson surprised people in ways Waltz did not).

Yeah, Waltz was great, but he was just sort of there as a likable chum. Jackson on the other hand was a terribly demanding presence from his very first scene. Just that initial close up shot of his face spoke volumes about his character, and he hadn't even said one word yet.

Here's my list: James Franco, Seth Rogan, Will Ferrell, Nicolas Cage, Tom Cruise, Will Ferrell, Cameron Diaz, Mel Gibson, Will Ferrell, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Will Ferrell, Angelina Jolie, Sylvester Stallone, Adam Sandler, Adam Sandler, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell and Will Ferrell... oh and also Charlie Sheen, the man is just awful in every way.

My list looks exactly like that only adding Tobey Maguire because I think he poisons every movie he's in and Samule L. Jackson because I've gotten tired of his shtick.
