pretty simple, I'm sure this has been done a thousand times but hey why not? basically think of an adaptation of something that you think would be awesome,

for starters, I'd love to see Star Wars made into an anime, and if anyone says that's been done with the Clone Wars 10 minute cartoons and polished wood-puppet animation doesn't count (in my opinion) I'd love to see a real anime of Star Wars, if TV Tokyo got the rights to it and then FUNimation dubbed it that would be so awesome, Sean Schemmel as Anakin? might actually add some good voice acting to the character,
or how about Vic Mignogna as Luke?

I know it's a stupid idea and will never happen but I'd still love to see it

How about The Dresden Files made into a movie? Might fill the magic gap that's going to be left by the Potter movies.

Battletech made into a good game and maybe a TV show/movie.

Berserk made into a game(a new one) that gets released to the western market.

Metal Gear Solid movie.

Resistance Fall of Man movie

The Priest manga adapted properly into a movie.

edited for clarity

A movie of halo... i would watch it even if no-one else does.

EDIT: halo: combat evolved or 2 of course.

OT: I don't know if it counts but I want the Serial Experiments Lain game translated and released... I can't get enough of SEL and I want the damn game in a readable format...<.<

I meant a new game. My Dreamcast had been sold many years before I found out they made a Berserk game for it D:

I played the PS2 game in Japanese it it was awesome except for the whole not understanding the story, tutorial, or anything else.

I'd rather not, the Manga was bad enough.

I'd personally want to see some of the more obscure Marvel super heroes get a TV series, could focus on one fo the lesser known teams... just maybe not Great Lake Avengers... (or maybe they should?)

I've never understood why The Weirdstone of Brisingamen never got the big screen treatment off the success of Harry Potter. If they don't cock it up like they did The Dark is Rising, it could be great.

Ender's Game is another one that's been in development hell for decades.

I always thought Stephen Donaldson's Gap series would make a brilliant serious Sci-Fi TV series (are you reading this, HBO?... er, I guess probably not)

Just three off the top of my head - I could probably name half a dozen more.

Even better; The Dresden Files universe as a Vampire: The Masquerade-esque RPG. Urban fantasy is so under-represented in the gaming industry.

That would be completely badass.

Hmm. Wouldn't it be great if HBO could adapt A Song of Ice and Fire as a TV series... oh wait!

Or: Wouldn't it be great if HBO could adapt American Gods into a miniseries... oh wait!

I'll try again:
Would't it be great if Neil Gaiman were to write an episode of Doctor Who... oh wait!

This world is awesome :D :D :D :D :D :D

Spaceballs: The Colouring Book

In all seriousness, a film on based on Metro 2033 might work.

I'm in. Sounds pretty cool to me.

I admit I would still like to play as a wizard or at the minimum a vampire private eye :D

Whole Warcraft III campaign; Reign of Chaos AND The Frozen Throne made into an animated movie, including the prologue stories of Warcraft II and so.

I know, it'd suck but I just want to see it, so I can see it.

Hmmmmm, John Birmingham has created some interesting universes for games or movies or television series (live action or animation, I'm not picky), and Matthew Reilly's books are just screaming to be made into movies (something that Mr Reilly would agree with).

I heard Mad Max was gonna be turned into an anime a little while ago. What piqued my interest was that apparently it was to be done by an Australian studio. I would have at least given it a try. Haven't heard anything since.
