According to Activision, the legal battle against IW is "delaying pre-production of MW3".
Now, as really unbiased as I've been trying to be until now, I officially call "bullshit" on this.
If Activision has to resort to such tactics as "Look! They're making us delay the game you all want. You see? They're evil.", then they're probably not exactly innocent in that situation.
So, what do you think? Is Activision exposing itself or does the lawsuit really hurt the MW franchise.
