Could anyone tell me how to produce a picture file from Flash that includes everything shown on screen. When I exported my work half of it was cropped off into the abyss of Adobe Flash's trollface.

To portray what I mean heres a screencap of the full image:

And what Flash produced:

Gah... been ages since I used Flash... but that white space in your first pic is the 'display area' (as in the bits that will show up when you export) and the grey area is your 'workspace'. What you want to do is enlarge your display area.

How? Fucked if I can remember. Been years since I've pissed about with Flash

If its not too late - there's a few ways to do it but two quick ways are -

If you click of any objects and into the white stage area the properties window should show the dimensions -

Either click and drag or type into it to change the stage size, however this changes the size from the top left of the stage, so anything above or left of the white are will still be cropped off -

The other way to do it is to open the document properties and select 'Match - Contents', this will adjust the stage to fit everything, the properties can be found either wrench style button from the properties menu or right clicking the stage -

Apologies for the dodgy arrows, I was in a hurry :)
