ok i know why escapist needs ads and i respect that, but im kinda getting a bit annoyed with all the ads before the movies... post what u think.

I tend to ignore them.
The only ones that bothered me was the ODST ads because they were EVERYWHERE!

What ads? I think I'm completely desensetised to marketing at this point. Either that or I've trained myself not to pay attention.
Ads give the Escapist money, in which it needs to run, if it didn't have ads, members would pay or there would be no Escapist. So I think of it as a neccessary evil. And when it's playing, I have a microsleep.
First of all, use the search bar. There are tons of these threads.
Second of all, deal with it. It's a fucking 30 second video. You watch TV, I presume?

its just liek whenever i wnanna watch a movie it takes like 20 seconds just to get to it- and after like the hundreth time you see the same commercial it gets pretty annoying.
belive me, i want the escapist to succseed and if that includes more ads, im cool with that, ill just deal w/ it.
