I could not seem to find a similar thread anywhere, so I'll just post this right here...

Is there anyone out there who can provide me with some inspiration for living a little more adventurously?
It might sound as a stupid question, I'm not sure atm. But I feel like my life is pretty dull and dry right now. I long for adventure and challenge.

Can anyone give me some tips and advice? Things to try out maybe?

Thx

Stop caring what anyone thinks, just do whatever seems like a good idea at the time. I do it, and life is almost always more interesting!

I bet you can't find a badgers home only using amazing tracking skills.

Try going to Japan? I hear tourists are treated like Gods over there.

If you don't want to travel, which would be the obvious.

Learn a martial art. It's a real adventure just that!

Look at otherwise unexplored types of pornography on the internet. It's a start. Or develop ADHD. After that, everything will be an adventure. Your mind will fly a mile a minute and ideas both good an bad will pour from the womb of your mind like babies from a horny Catholic family.

Sorry to any Catholic people out there. I meant no offense, as I was raised Catholic. I was just pointing out that tradition Catholic ideals don't believe in contraceptives or abortion. Alright, I guess the analogy sucked, but what do you want from me, I have ADHD for crying out loud.

Japan is definitely a future destination, as soon as I have graduated and worked up some money.

Thanks a bunch, I might just try that. I did practice kickboxing for a while, but got tired of never having anyone in my size to fight against.
I love traveling, though I've only been abroad twice. Been thinking about taking a roadtrip after graduation though.

Go hiking. Its an adventure.
It dosnt have to be a mountain. It can be a forest, a gorge, or a gorge in a forest!
I love to hike in a place called Hocking Hills. Its like a 30-60 min. drive for me, and it is awsome. Hocking Hills is a gorge in a forest.

Here is a link of the different features in hocking hills.

Take a few days off from work, fix up your car, load it up, and then just go Thataway. No planned destination, no planned return. Heck bring a six-sided die with you to mix things up at every big intersection you come to. Take a mountain bike along too.

Go out in the street, and roundhouse kick someone in the head. Not only will they try to fight you, but you can fight or outrun the police, also!

That sounds terrific, only I don't have a driver's license yet. But I'll definitely try once I have it.

Go watch Fight Club. Take Tyler Durden seriously. Apart from the corporate terrorism. Your life should liven up pretty sharpish.

Wow that is awesome, having a place like that just down the road, I'm jealous.

OP - If you're not traveling right now then how about going to your nearest public area and challenge yourself to just start conversations with an interesting looking stranger. You never know what kind of adventures come from that.

Go fight a Grizzly bear to the death with your bare (no pun intended) hands and tell me that's not adventurous.

Uhhhh...

Go to the renaissance faire and watch knights bust their lances on each other's armor in mounted duels?
