I want to buy a game but am not sure what to buy, I was about to get CNC 4 but it didnt do well on metacritic and a friend said it was rubbish!

i've got a xbox and a pc good enough for any game, but im not sure if theres anyhting worth getting.

p.s. ive got ME2, MW2, forza 3, boderlands, drangon age, batman, bioshock2 recently

Splinter Cell Conviction is out soon, and if you aren't too fussed about the changes made from previous ones then you may end up enjoying it a lot.

Obviously as it's not out yet I can't say if it is good, but it certainly looks it so far.

Try Assassins Creed 2, it actually quite fun. Fallout 3 is another good one if you're into that type of game.

Bad Company 2 is also something you might want to check out.

A friend of mine actually tested it and even though he couldn't really say anything he told me that it was one the best he had ever played, so that's going to be a buy for me.

Bad Company 2 is pretty fun, and I've heard good things about Metro 2033.

On the other side of the spectrum, supposedly Napoleon: Total War picked up the shattered pieces of Empire and made the series fun again.

And yes, do stay away from C&C4. It is absolute rubbish and it broke my C&C heart.
