Advice on Overclocking

So I'm starting to get into pc gaming so I want to overclock my i7 860 cpu. It's native at 2.8ghz and I overclocked it too 3.15ghz. I used cinebench to test it and I got a 6.07 score and my cores reached temperatures of around 75 degrees celcius.

So is that good or bad? Should I lower it, leave it like this, or overclock a bit more. I would really appriciate your advice.

Okay I'm not too familiar with it but I would say that anything under 80 C while stress testing is fine.

As far as actual overclocking goes, I'd say you could go a lot higher. My i5 760 is at 3.6GHz from a stock 2.8.
