Seriously though...i think i need to go see a doctor... i mean it might be the "cool" and "hip" thing for some to stay up late my age...but i've been like this for years...and i feel like crap in the morning...

I found going to bed at 10:00pm to be brilliantly beneficial, it means I can get up at 6:00am every day and go for a nice walk with no one about I also find myself feeling refreshed and more aware for the rest of the day. The day also seems to last longer as opposed to when I would get up at about 12:00 and stumble around for the rest of the day

Eh, I have insomnia. *Shrug*, other than that, it's so much cooler and quieter at night, it's a lot easier to get work done.

Ha! mine has more words!

Also. You will know I am tired when my typing goes to shit. I don't capitalize words and miss punctuation.

Insomnia coupled with active imagination and creativity has lead me to adore my 3 and 4 am hours. I miss them when I don't get them, in all honest.
This is how much I used to sleep up until 1 or 2 weeks ago. From when I was young until now I have had problems sleeping.

It usually takes me about 2 hours or more of lying still to fall asleep but I have always been like this. My brain keeps "talking" and I keep "talking" back, it is not a bad thing really, some of the most interesting thoughts go through my mind at that time. So I plan on buying a dictation device to record of those thoughts.

Bah. I go to bed too early. Only because my timezone doesn't mesh well with the timezone of the person I want to talk to. Stupid world rotating and stuff.

I stay up late because I like to go into people's houses when they're asleep and drink their blood.

True story, google that shit.

I can't sleep unless I'm really nackered, otherwise I just find myself lying there pondering life, the universe and everything and then I get bored. So I come and post on here at 4am instead.

Sleep is almost impossible to achieve when ya have a hyperactive cat who suffers from separation anxiety, so ya can't even shut the bugger outta yer room. Sigh. Sometimes I wish I could care about animals like I do people, but that kinda mindset wouldn't really work well with my occupation :p

I stay up past midnight because I get really into the games I'm playing, namely Civ 4 or Team Fortress 2. It's normally about 2 or 3am before i go to bed if I start playing at about 10 or 11pm.

I used to be up late night because I couldn't get to sleep before 1-2 am. If I did, I would wake up almost exactly 2 hours later covered in sweat. Now, it's because I usually sleep during the day because I have nothing better to do and I can't seem to get to sleep unless I'm so tired that I can't keep my eyes open.

I'm a night person naturally... I find it impossible to go to bed before 10:30, regardless of how tired I am.

I was in a reverse of this situation a while back. She was in Hawaii and I'm on the east coast. My 4AM was her 11PM. Many late nights...

Waking up for me is a long process, and it really doesn't finish until about 6-7 PM. Up until then I'm given to sporadic yawns and periods of trying to get back to sleep.
