The Pilot apparently cost $14 Million dollars, I don't have exact figures but I imagine the per episode budget is similar to Lost (around $4 million).

That seems pretty odd. Seems more like the cost of the main sets being built are being lumped into the cost of the pilot then the cost of the pilot itself.
