So I'm looking to get a friend of mine a nice Christmas gift, and he wants to get into airsoft. For a price range of no more than $30, we're looking at some basic spring guns, between pistols and shotguns. Normally I'd have a boatload of answers, but the greatest spring pistol ever, the Stinger P9, is no longer attainable and has been discontinued. Replaced with the "P9T" which is a new version that has no BB resevoir. (Why oh why would they remove that feature? It was such a great idea!)

Something that handles .12 BBs, can fire between 200 and 300 FPS max, and has a BB reservoir in the back of the magazine to hold extra rounds so reloading is a cinch. Something that isn't a cheap Chinese knock-off either. Any recommendations? $30 is my max in this case, but less is fine as long as it works well.
