I think it will later be released for the PC. After MS gets their profits from the Xbox.
It will have WindowsLive. It will have DRM. I hope I'm wrong.

So basically, the only reason we might not get a PC version is because MS decided to be douchebags? Sounds about right...
All's fair in love and [console] wars.

No it's not, that's simply the excuse of those who don't play fair. Also, even if it were, they're still douchebags... ;)

I think Microsoft want it as a xbox exclusive since piracy is a much more common on pc then on consoles. I'm not sure but that is what i think.
I don't really think Microsoft's chief concern is piracy. If Remedy's game get's pirated Remedy loses money, not Microsoft. What PROBABLY is the idea is that the game will have DLC that you have to buy from the live market place. Microsoft gets a cut from every sale that happens on the Xbox live market place, which is one of the main reasons they're pushing developers to create DLC and make games Xbox exclusive.

For instance, Valve was fighting with MS for years because they wanted to give 360 players free content for Team Fortress 2. Microsoft didn't want them to make it free because there was a potential profit to be made.

This is one of the things I hate about consoles and much prefer PC over. A console is essentially a dictatorship. It's ruled and controlled exclusively by one corporation who will dick you around in any possible way they can BECAUSE they can. It is the pinnacle of corporatism in our society. On the PC there is always another option. For instance, why are console games $60 dollars and PC games $50 dollars? Because if you make a game for a console there is a 10% licensing fee to do that. On the PC no such thing exists.
Huh, sounds like you are right. It is just one thing I though about, can't microsoft request a licensing fee on PC to for all "games for windows" games to?

Am I the only one that gets irritable when after getting told a PC title, turned PC and 360 title is a 360 exclusive (ala Halo) but PC gamers maaaaaay get a version later ?

If its a 360 exclusive, keep the bloody thing... PC gamers aint a 2nd class platform for devs to milk after the major platforms have had a go.

PC Gamers that are hoping for a PC version... it will only be a console port of the game, barely enough done to ensure it will run on the PC... a blatant copy+paste affair.

... like Halo, Gears, Deus Ex 2, to name a few.

I mean first of all it will come out (if it does) months, if not a year after the 360 release, it will be debated and spoilers galore will be present and hard to avoid, it will also be dated and dont kid yourself believe this hype that the PC version will be the best ever version...

... see Gears PC (Good, but so full of bugs), GTAIV PC (needs none existant CPUs and GPU's to run at its unoptimised max), you get the idea.

TLDR: I get irritable as it feels like we are getting leftovers after the VIP's have had thier fill of the meal.

So the message is, a PC version is likely, and it's also likely to suck. (Since we didn't care)

Surely if it's almost ready in PC form, then the only thing stopping a release is MS, who, considering the amount of gaming PCs that have a paid for copy of windows on, should really start considering the PC gamers, especially when a copy of windows costs nearly as much as a 360 Arcade, without any of the costs of actual hardware.

so it costs them maybe $1000 to get it all set up for Steam, once that's done, it's just sit back and watch the money roll in. Sure it'll be pirated, but most importantly, it'll sell, if they don't lock it up so tight with DRM that it's like finding your birthday present inside a locked safe with no keys, and then your dad looking at you like 'what's wrong son? don't you like your new train set?'
