It's not Remedy's fault or screwup if the game is hard as hell to cram onto the 360, and MGS doesn't let them release it on the PC before the 360.sneakypenguin said:I was just about to comment on this, I thought the trailer/first info for it pointed Alan wake to be a release/close to release game. They must've screwed up big time in development.xenus87 said:Wasn't Alan Wake supposed to be an Xbox 360 launch title?
Its just been getting pushed back and pushed back again so many times, it makes you wonder if they actually intend to release the damn thing.
Earliest trailer on Youtube is this one :- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6YGK-jmjrA posted 2 years ago.
After this amount of time, it's either going to be a very impressive game, or a huge let down for the people that have been following its progress for so long.
Again, that is just my speculation, but seeing how much of the game they had running two years back, it just doesn't seem plausible that they would be this late with the PC version. In some of these "eternity projects", large delays come from when the team figures the market has gone so far past them that they have to switch or totally revamp engines to deliver acceptable graphics. We know that is not the case here.
