I would have to say, at least the first to come to mind, is KMFDM's discography. The artwork of Brute! is a perfect fit to their music. Sure, they are all designed very similar, but you put out music for 25 years and see what happens. It becomes a part of who they are. That is why the Nihil album stands out so much. It just look weird. Good album, but the cover art does not fit.
