The only album I can think of at the moment is WMD's debut chiptune album [http://www.noisechannel.org/1466], which is both awesome and happens to be free. The album really covers a good range from the more traditional chiptune-esque songs to the unsung types of chiptune mastery.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to perfection (obviously).
The only album I've heard which didn't dissapoint with a single tune would be

Breaking Benjamin - Phobia

As an album, I have never heard anything better.

Also, this came really close:

The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars - Bowie at his best.
Blue Lines - Massive Attack before they went shit.

There's a lot of albums I love but all of them have tracks I always skip past...

Oh, lots.
Radiohead's OK Computer and Kid A
You don't skip "Fitter Happier" from OK computer? Interesting.
Nope. It's actually one of my favourite tracks from the album. It's pretty essential, accurately summarising the album's message and feel in 2 short minutes whilst also being nicely unnerving and making you think. "Filler" my ass.

Three albums come to mind: Born to die (both basic and deluxe versions) by Lana Del Rey, and Day&Age by the Killers, and One X by Three Days Grace. I can have these on repeat for weeks.

The Colour Spectrum by the Dear Hunter. No small feat considering there are 36 tracks on that album.
This Is What Happens by the Reign of Kindo, just really awesome songs the whole way through.
The Church of the Good Thief by Right Away, Great Captain. Such a fantastic subtle album, huge recommendation.

Does Daft Punk's Alive 2007 concert count? You can buy it as a Album, so I guess I'd count. But every single song from that Album... Oh man, so good!

My list, comprised of albums I didn't see during my cursory sweep of this thread:
The Flaming Lips: Yoshimi Battles the pink robots
Arcade Fire: The Suburbs
Oingo Boingo: Dead Man's Party
Rush: Clockwork Angels
I'd add more, but I understand the stipulation of not mentioning too many albums by one artist, and the minimum song limit. Otherwise Hemispheres would be on here too, and probably either Grace Under Pressure or A Farewell to Kings.

This might just be personal taste, but:

Second Stage Turbine Blade
In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3
No World for Tomorrow
The Afterman: Ascension

All by Coheed and Cambria. The other 3 albums of theirs are still great, but I tend to skip over a few songs on those.

Go go Harlem baby - Flat Duo Jets
The Doors - The Doors
Insomniac - Greenday
Get Rhythm - Johnny Cash (was trying to avoid "best-of's")
Little Richard - Little Richard
Unplugged - Nirvana
Surfer Rosa - The Pixies
Hey Eugene - Pink Martini

I'll put the usual Caveat of if you don't like the genre, you won't like the album.

Pearl Jam- Ten
Opeth- Blackwater Park; Still life; Ghost Reveries
The Black Mages- The Black Mages
