I'm not suprised that IE has security problems but I am suprised that the US Government are giving out advice to protect people on the internet. The DHS must be terrorists! Go get 'em NSA!

Just kidding, but I don't know what that bug is meant to mean. Maybe I'm computer illiterate, but if someone hacks into your network does it not already treat them as a legitimate user? Is it to do with password autocomplete or something?
