I'm so stoked for the American McGee's Alice sequel. Anyone else as excited as me? :D

Hell yeah, took me ages to track down an affordable copy of the first game - so worth it though. So yeah, I'm looking forward to the sequel. I just love anything dark and gothic... the only thing left after this will be for a good, decent film to be made of the game or games... ;D

Yeah... sorta.

I'm not sold on it, but I'm interested enough to keep an eye open.

I'm sure I'd be more excited if I knew about the first game without having to be informed of it via a sequel coming out.
But I still might give it a go. Not sure if it's going to be a little too bloody-gory-creepy for my tastes. I guess we'll see.

I just want to say that I can't really grasp the idea of the sequel, since she's already killed off the majority of the characters. (oops, sorry, did I spoil anything?)

And I do get that it's more about Alice's mind than the story, but really, it would feel a bit more like a copy and paste with new levels than a new story altogether :/

It'll be good to see some updated graphics, and...maybe zombies?

Never played the first, but this really looks promising!

The only thing that mildly worries me is that American McGee might be a "one trick pony" attempting to return to the only thing (more or less) that has netted both critical praise and a profit: Alice.

I mean, really, "Bad Day LA" was one of the worst games for the last generation of consoles, and Scrapland, despite being received decently well, he was only a producer on that. Grimm, his unique attempt at episodic gaming, hasn't reviewed well either.

Now, I'm not saying the guy won't be able to "turn things around" but I seriously wonder if endangering the pedigree of your only success is the way of going about such. For both his sake, and the gaming community, I hope he gets this right.
