I thought this thread was going to be about the other kind of all nighter (the illicit one...), but yes, many times and many more in future. I don't see the point in 'work up until X time then get some rest' if you're in full swing. May aswell just blaze through it while you've got the momentum.

I quite like all nighters. I guess its what I am used to, as I have quite bad insomnia. That, and I have the flat all to myself because my flatmates are either asleep or out.

Hmmm... Not for the moment. I've not experienced it either as I rarely get homework.

But I remember my sister doing it. She started her work at 16:00 and she was still sitting there at 22:40 when I went up to bed.

Chuck only knows how long she was sitting up...

And no, she was not Internet surfing or waiting for me to gtfo. She was working with that paper all the freaking time.

You are in good company. I have a paper for Core Humanities (a takehome final exam due tomorrow at 1230 GMT -8) that I'm writing in fits and starts. Five essays of 600-800 words each (about the length of a newspaper column, really). I've written one on the Mexican-American War, one on the American Civil War, and one on the world wars. Up next: One on the Roaring Twenties and Great Depression and one on American Cold War-era foreign policy and Vietnam.

I liked this class better when I was writing about art and literature.

Wow, surprised at the amount of procrastinators in the forums here... the sad thing is my paper is 3 pages long which i can bs... it's just i don't completely understand the content cause i didn't pay attention to the RETARDED content that's not in the fucking text book

I'm considering it... because my sleep cycle has been thrown out of whack...
It's 2am and I'm not even remotely tired... only problem is... I'll be tired around 5am... and dying at 7 or 8...

So I'm thinking of just taking a short nap...

But yeah... I've pulled a 48 hour-er...er... and it sucked.
Only advantage to that... was that I found almost anything funny... and I could taste the air...
