So to everyone who was saddened at the loss of All points Bulletin when it went offline, you'll be happy to know that the intellectual rights for it were purchased by GamersFirst. Not only has the game been purchased, but it is also being re-developed. What is being scrapped, modified or untouched hasn't been announced yet, but one of the major differences has already been declared: The game is going free to play. GamersFirst believed that the payment system made no sense, so they are going remove the subscription fee's and allow everyone to play free of charge, with a cash shop being added in the future, although as far as i can recall, there was a cash shop in APB to begin with.

As the game is being re-developed, it wasnt possible to get an estimated time of release, although GamersFirst believe it will be out in early 2011.

To anyone who thought APB was a boring and monotonous game, hopefully you will think otherwise when it is re released. I loved the experience, although I was sad to learn that not everyone felt the same way.

Oh and one last thing, it has not been announced whether the new version will be played using your old accounts, so be prepared for the prospect of having to purchase the game again.

All of the old fans of APB, get ready for All Points Bulletin: Reloaded

Sounds good, I realy liked that game but ended up quitting due to imbalances.

Let's hope they don't fuck it up and make one side massively overpowered this time.
