I am really really allergic to ragweed and it seems allergy season has started about a week ago or so. I have had a runny nose and itchy eyes for the past little while and it never gets better until around mid october.

I don't have any other allergies in the summer except ragweed in the fall. The worst is that it seems if i take a lot of reactine or any other allergy medicine it stops working for me so I only take it when it gets really bad and I can't sleep or something.

It's like being sick for 2 months :(

Wish I could help :/

Both my parents are pretty bad with allergies and nearsightedness, but my brother and I are clean in both. Sympathizing is difficult for us...

Well, that sucks. A lot.
I'm sorry.

I used to be allergic to the most commong species of outdoor mold in the world.
I had allergies all year round.

My esophogus has started to close up due to my allergies, so I can't eat. Its physical torture having something stuck in there, the experience can only be described as a combination of puking and choking, stretched from their usual length of a minute or two to fifteen.

Yeah worst part about allergy season is that I have allergies and they start kicking in as soon as school does, so starting school with a runny nose and itchy eyes is NOT a good first impression.

I usually start sneezing like crazy and lose ability to function properly IE. walk, eat, play guitar
This usually only happens around fall and spring so but with fall around the corner, I gotta go visit the Doc soon to get something to help

I know a girl who's mildly allergic to sunlight. That's a pain in the ass if anything...

Me, I'm just allergic to one specific deodorant, and possibly pig-urine.

Ugh, whoever invented allergies needs to be shot.

But in all seriousness, don't rely on meds. If I have a stuffy nose, I just put some liquid menthol around my nostrils. Clears them up as soon as you breath in. Can't say the same thing can you, pharmaceuticals?
For general allergies, I put a bit of Vaseline around my nostrils.
