That can't be good for you in the long term :O Also, what on earth do you do with your 22-hour days?RatRace123 said:I can't help you in terms of staying up today, but for longterm awakeness, try to train your body to only require about 2 hours of sleep, this can be accomplished without feeling like crap because eventually your body will go into the restful state of REM sleep at a much faster rate. I've inadvertantly done this because I screwed up my sleep cycle horribly.
I guess for short term awakeness, make sure you maintain a healthy diet today, eat lots of energy giving food, and drink an insane amount of coffee.
