That can't be good for you in the long term :O Also, what on earth do you do with your 22-hour days?
I'm pretty sure it isn't, I keep trying to get back a regular 8 hour cycle.
Though having a 22 hour long day does kind of rock, gives me time to play games and watch movies that I can't find the time for normally.

Hmm, this could be useful for a professional reviewer.

Lots of Coffee and stimulation. Eat but not too much, if you eat too much you'll get full and that makes you more tired. Keep moving and find something to keep your self active.

When I pull all nighters... Me and my cousin will go golfing the next day. Mainly because its not that physically demanding so you won't run out of energy but your also always on the move.

I generally rely on coffee and camaraderie to keep me awake. Grab a cup of coffee and someone interesting to talk to, and you should be able to remain sentient. Doing something helps too--stay in motion, play a game which requires your attention... anything that requires active interaction to do is often a good way to stay awake.

Therefore, buy a cup of coffee, grab your friend/girlfriend/boyfriend/acquaintance/interesting stranger, and go for a walk. You should be able to stay awake, have a good drink, and get some good conversation in.

The most obvious way to stay awake through a whole day, though, is to sleep through the night. All-nighters, as fun/necessary as they can be, are generally to be avoided.

Absolutely DO NOT just "shut your eyes" or "lie down" like some people may admonish you to do. Both of those actions lead to sleep, and sleep leads to you being screwed. Like some posters have already stated, it's a "mind over matter" strategy that you've got to pull off here, even caffeine will only help so much.
