I came up with this little conspirisy theory for Mario
it is in fact PEACH who is the real evil villan, shes not as useless as she makes out to be, no she gets kidnapped on purpose, gets "what she wants" from bowser then waits patiently for Mario to rescure her
really shes just playing a sadistic game with Mario and bowser as the pawns
also perhaps war from Darksiders is really grumpy all the time is because he's really a pacifist and hates fighting but has to because its what he was born to do
