Just wondering what you guys think the worst possible plot twist for half life could be.

That big explosion thingy at the end of half life 2 didn't kill Dr. Breen but instead caused him to be transported into the body of Alyx Vance 5 years ago. Alyx Vance is actually Dr. Breen from the future.

So, what do you think the worst possible plot twist for half life would be.

Just thought of another one:

At the end of HL2EP3 Alyx vance and Gordon freeman get married and have children, but it turns out that Eli was gordon's father, and one of their babies winds up being the gman b/c genetic deformities. Since he is the gman he is able to travel back in time.

Just so you know, inbreeding doesn't actually cause genetic deformities, to my knowledge.

Gordan Freeman is actually just a schizophrenic. He only imagined Combine and the Resistance, and has actually just been killing regular police officers and soldiers who were trying to stop his murderous rampage.

It turns out you've been playing as Corporal Shepherd all along, albeit wearing a cunning physicist desguise. The real Gorden Freeman picked the lethal choice at the end of the First Half Life, single-handedly ruining any prospect of Shepherd being able to have an epic fight with Freeman, and preventing any future sequels. Alyx is disgusted that you are not the real Freeman and don't have a Phd., and promptly dumps you by the wayside.
