Am I the only one who didn't really mind the Mako sections of Mass Effect? I mean I didn't enjoy them particularly but they weren't that bad.

So Escapist do you have any "Am I the only one?"s?

For awhile I thought I was the only one who down right hated Avatar, but thankfully I have found my bretheren who either hate it equally as much as I do or simply just dislike it.

I liked them, yeah the controls were a bit bad, but I found it alot more fun than the probing minigame.

1 & 3 are fine, but I thought Fallout 2 was just one comedic easter egg after another after another which just ruined the game for me.

No... a lot of people disliked the Mako in Mass Effect. I, for one, liked it.

No one is ever the only one of anything...but in the spirit of the thread...

I'm with you on Half-Life 2. I mean yeah, it was a pretty solid shooter bit I found it too short, the story fairly bland, weapons unimaginative and I didn't care much for the characters either (with the exception of "Dog"). I still don't understand why it constantly wins "number 1" spots in top 100 polls. The original Half-Life was much better.

The Mako sections were the only reason I did not think Mass Effect was the best game I have played on the 360.
