A Palooka is a term used in some parts of the north eastern parts of the united states among the Jewish/Italian residents there. It's basically the same as shmuck, mook, etc.

What's it about?

& I would ask, "Am I the only one here who owns 'Pride & Prejudice & Zombies?'"

I have a copy of it. Haven't read it much because of Christmas' large influx of reading material, but I do indeed have it in my stack of "To Read".
