Same here. I love to go to EB Games and Games Workshop. They tell you all about stuff, and are gamers themselves. And in the Games Workshop you can paint in the store while recieving tips n' hints .. Wich I totally love

Vonage actually has some great customer service. They were able to calmly and professionally deal with my mother's severe lack of patience, solve the problem with the sound quality of our service, and they even threw in an updated plan for us free! That was an amazing day.

I found the Chase bankers are far more personal than those of other banks. The people who work there aren't taking cover behind desks, they're out and shaking your hand and treating you like an old pal. That is, an old pal who owes hundreds in overdraft fees. :3

Whenever I shop at Pcworld, Curry's or Gamestation I always have a good experience. I took my bricked 360 to Gamestation and they just handed me a brand new jasper unit 360 over the counter!

When my xbox 360 red-ringed, the nice Indian man on the other end of the helpline was really helpful and informative.

Maybe I just got lucky, but this particular guy was really helpful.

Games Workshop is very good. All the staff are interested in the hobby and can help i any areas needed. Also I ordered some bits from them and they sent the wrong parts, so they sent the correct parts immediatly and let me keep the wrong parts aswell.

The gamestop I go to usally has well-informed people there who'll talk to you about games. I like going when the JRPG guy is working as he'll help me avoid the bad ones.

My laptop broke---the power adapter stopped working and the hard drive died. I called Toshiba, they sent me a prepaid shipping box. Total time between me handing the shipping box to the UPS guy and me getting the laptop back, good as new: Four business days. Toshiba had it for about 24 hours---UPS had it for the other three days.

Don't think anyone will relate to me on this one, but....

I bought super-expensive boots for competition (I ride horses professionally for anyone who doesn't know by now). Within three months I'd worn a hole in the heel. I have no idea how. But I didn't want to shell out $500 bucks for a new pair, not after I'd just bought these ones. So I went to the store where I bought them, and the manufacturer's rep happened to be there. He saw the damage, I had my receipt in hand, he apologized for the defect and gave me a brand new pair off the shelf for free. I was thrilled.

At the shop were i've bought my airsoft rifle they're really helpful. They play themselves, and they'll give you all the advice you could possibly want. They also seem to know every single gun in there, and will tell you right away if the one you're looking at is bad, or if you could get something better for the same price.
