Amazon gift vouchers.

So at the end of December I placed an order for Amzing Spider-Man vol 5 and Spider-Man Noir 2. I payed with one of the gift vouchers. Now I ordered them together and Amazing SM 5 hasnt come yet. The stock ran out when it came to send SM 5 out, so they told me and now they pushed back to delivery date (fair enough). Now sine then Ive kept going and am now at number 9, so I was wondering, if I canceled the order, would the refund me a gift certificate amount?

On a side not, Amazing Spider-Man is awesome!

Amazon uses vouchers much like actual currency. With that being said, if you canceled your order, you would be refunded the amount of voucher money you spent on that(those) item(s). Depending on the item, it would be eligible for a full refund, or an exchange. I'm not entirely sure how how they choose what can be refunded/exchanged. I've bought hundreds of items on Amazon, but only have had to return/cancel a few stray orders here and there. I would suggest contacting Amazon to inquire before canceling. Their customer service has always been very helpful in these matters to me, so they should be able to answer it more thoroughly than myself.

Thanks but how do I contact them? I cant see a "contact us" or anything.

If you already bought the item, you can go under the "Your Account" option in the upper right-hand corner of their main website, then click on "View Open Orders". "Open Orders" is the very first tab on the "Orders" menu. It will show all your current orders that are placed. If you don't see it there, you can also select the drop down menu and select when you bought it and Amazon will show you an older list if needed. To the right of each item you purchased, it will give you a variety of options, such as 'Contact Us", "Return Order" and various other options.

You should see this options on the right side that will allow you to contact whoever you purchased those items from:
