American food?

So, me and some friends just got back from a Mexican restaurant, and it got me wondering...are there restaurants in other countries that serve 'American' food? If so, what do you non-American Escapists think they would serve?

American food at its finest, see its even loaded to the gills with our cheese.

I would imagine that "American food" would be centric around traditional recipes but in grossly over sized portions with inordinate amounts of condiments applied to them and copious amounts of grease.

...... THanks... Now Im hungry and want a Hardees Monster Thick Burger with Sourdough instead of sesame buns and a gallon of peach milkshake to wash it down.
