Now im a Brit so we can drink from pritty much any age as long as are parents say its ok, then 18 is the legal age to get boose. As far as i know in america drinking is prohibited until your the age of 21...How on earth do you cope/did you cope with that? it sounds regiculus.

This also goes for any other people from contries with simular drinking rules, I am only really aware of america not being able to drink till 21 sure there are more out there.

Our alcohol sucks.
Edit:Darn buttons. Anyway our stuff is just terrible, watered down piss. Plus we drink illegally before that.

Quite easily, actually.
Having no social life and a disdain for people who do drink early due to said people usually being obnoxious about it definitely helps, too.

It just means when they go abroad after highschool, they drink like 15 year olds do in regular countries.

Well i deal with it by drinking. The booze drowns away the sorrow that i can't actually buy it. Thank you god for heavy drinking friends. ;]

And spelling.

On topic, I agree. Either I'm bizarre or I don't see the appeal in ingesting mind-altering toxins I have the pay for.

Find a boyfriend that just turned 21. Get him to buy it for you. Don't complain when he leaves you after you turn 21.
That's how I did it. xD

Yep. Plus, it just smells rancid. To me, anyway.

Well, you know what they say, "You don't need to drink to have fun."
And of course it's true.

But, I ask YOU, dear Escapist, why would you start a fire with flint and steel when you can use a lighter?

I don't really intend to drink even after I'm 21. Needless to say it dosn't bother me.
