Don't we have a shotgun? I'd vote for an option to blow whatever it is away with that.

You pull out your shotgun and attempt to blow the... thing... away with it. It twitches on the ground. It's not moving now, but if you don't get out of there - something's gonna happen. You can see the exit sign through the glass window.

A) Run for the exit and smash it with the butt of your shotgun.
B) Examine the body while you can - see if you can find anything out about it.

You examine the body, it twitches resulting in you flinching. There appears to be some sort of gel mixture running out of it's eye. Puncture marks in it's arm suggest that it's been injected with something... but that could just be another method of applying anaesthesia. As you lean down, it screams and swipes you, hurting you. The Russian man puts his pistol in it's mouth - quite literally blowing it's brains out.
