Very much this, but most of their content is also on Youtube. Roosterteeth has a podcast with 127 episodes, 9 seasons of Red vs. Blue, 3 seasons of shorts, and a comics section.
If I couldn't say either site though, I would probably say memebase.com. Sure, it can be very silly, but try looking through their "Graphs" or "Rage Comics" sections without laughing.
