I have a ton of nicknames, three that I get called all the time, "Twin", "Jenderson", and "Fiz".

"Twin" because in my orchestra my stand partner has a last name that's close to mine and our last names get mixed up constantly on the program, so we are the "Twins", it can get confusing to know which one you are actually talking about.

"Jenderson" is part of that story, and is a play on my name, and "Fiz" is an inside joke.

One of my friends sometimes called me "Patchy" to piss me off, since I have Tritchotillomania (means I pull out my hair).

Strangely, a nickname I picked up was "Semi-Boner". No, it's not because I failed in bed or anything. My first name is Colin, and a friend, who's a total goof, thought out loud:
Semi-Colon
Semi-Colin
Semi-Pherson!(Pherson being my actual nickname.)
Then during computer class, sometime after the above nickname, some friends changed the folder names of every person in the class and made their last name "Boner". So they replaced my nickname and it became Semi-Boner.

Yeah, it was weird.

I once had a headmaster called 'Tommy Fly'. Strange thing is, he had been teaching at that school for over twenty years, and I spoke to an alumni a good ten years my senior who informed me that the moniker was around during his time as well.

Someone I know is called Timmy Tube Socks, but shit if I know why (his name is obviously Tim).

Someone else is called "The Spaz" because of the way his last name is pronounced similar to "Spaz"

Some more...

I've been known as "Love Spud". In part because I was an acomplished tomcat at uni, but it's derived from my other nickname "Patto".

Patto -> Potato -> Potato of passion -> Love Spud

Weed does wierd things to peoples brains.

Also, at work there's a bloke we call "Oombie" or "Chef". This is because he's Dutch and mumbles a lot. He's hard to understand. When he called Dougie "Dooglie". we called him "Oombi", cos his name's Andre. "Chef" cos he's like the muppet chef. He prattles on unintelligably and laughs to himself.
