Would have been more interesting if it was zombies for the 8 millionth time. Couldn't it be robots
Wasn't. Use your contractions.

Also, robots have been lame a lot longer than zombies.
Robts are never lame

"You'd probably have more fun setting you ten dollars on fire."

I usually hate statements like that, saying that X awful-nasty-thing would be better than the thing which the author has a distaste for, because it's usually untrue. Would you (an ambiguous second person, of course) really rather eat poop than play MW2? Really?

But setting ten dollars on fire would be rather fun. And if this game is not that much fun, then you are quite right in your recommendation.

So yeah. Nice review. <3 Susan.

"I hate what you said, but you're totally right."

:/

OT: Never planned on getting this game anyways, so no skin off my back.

This is not the first horrible thing I heard about this game.

I certainly shan't be buying it.

Now that does hurt: a promising survival horror experience ruined by either a lack of experience or a lack of effort (or both). I'm getting tired of seeing promising material ruined like this. There's no excuse for this level of shoddy quality in this day and age. Where are the game testers? Where are the supervisors?

Where are the spellcheckers? Most writers can't earn $50 for a short story without checking their work; demanding money for Amy is one of the more audacious things I've seen this week, right up there with Newt divorcing his ill wife because she wouldn't swing.

Michael Bay managed to prove that one wrong.
no he didn't. Michael Bay proved that when you flood robots with obnxious humans and poor actors, they're awesomeness is overshadowed by lameness.

fool.
Exactly. Plus michael bay is lame.

Fool? Fool? Do you know who I am?

Transformers made big robots dull.

I knew it was going to be bad when I heard Amy was mute, and that she had physic powers ¬_¬
At that point I knew they were biting off more then they could chew and the powers would sway the gameplay to something I didn't want.

In fairness, I believe English is their second language. I'd forgive the typos if the core game wasn't such a train wreck.

Mm, no. These days games are coming from more varied origins than Japan and North America - Russia, Poland, Germany, Korea; if you're not sure you've mastered the language, just hire someone who has; college students work cheap and need the money.

I make a big deal about it, but like you, I'd forgive bad writing (and even bad acting) if there was a servicable game invovled.

Just heartbreaking. Nothing worse than having to give a bad score to someone who tries something new.

so true. almost like shadow harvest. the first game from a german company called "black lion studios". the game has really a damn good story, gameplay wise its alright but it does have its flaws like bad voice acting, performance issues, voices were really quiet.
me and a friend dint had much problems with it and had more or less a good time but lots of critics gave it a bad score.
yes, the game is far from great but still ok and doesnt really deserved these bad scores. not like some other games.

Being a fan of horror games with (allegedly) bad controls i'm still tempted to try this one. Also the phrase "You would have more fun burning the 10 dollars" really takes credibility to me.

You underestimate how much I despised playing this game.

does anyone know when the pc version will come out? coulndt find any thing yet. steam doesnt even show this game.

@susan
yes, having a game that has bad controls surely sucks. thats why i hate resident evil 4 (PC) so much due bad controls, and other things.
but if amy would have better controls, do you think the game would be better?

i hope the pc version will be better to play.

Damn, I read the premise and thought it sounded great. The good points you mention are really enticing.
