This makes a strong case for the relaxing of UK copyright law. Seems to me that if they relaxed the laws regarding copyright ( a US 'fair use' style clause as suggested) then there would be far less outrage at prosecutions made for breach. As it stands, we're lucky they don't interpret the law strictly, if they did we'd all be criminals....
