An odd thing to request...

This probably belongs in gaming discussion but maybe not as it's about my friend.

So, started a new game on Pokémon Diamond. Made my character and everything, then named my started Pokémon (Chimchar) after my best friend Luke. I mention this to him and another friend in a group conversation via MSN and my other friend gets jealous and demands a Pokémon named after him. So I did it and started playing the game, but they constantly had to know who was doing better on the game. Bear in mind that all three of us are rather intelligent, aiming for Oxbridge and stuff, and there's 2 of us arguing over which Pokémon is better.

Anyway, my point here is this was a rather weird request by my friend. Have you ever had any weird requests from your friends at any time?

Not only did she find out she was still most definitely homosexual, but she also wound up getting pregnant. She ended up losing the baby, but the guy was long gone well beforehand. I don't think she blamed me for her pregnancy, though I did blame myself a little for it, but I think she was hurt that she came to me as a friend and I denied her. She also knew I dated a lesbian for several years beforehand, so her being gay was not the issue. I just never wanted to be anything more than good friends. Pretty sure she always hoped for more though. Not entirely for sure because we never really talked about it. Everyone else kind of expected us to get together, but I was interested in someone else. The woman who became my (ex-)wife.
