TOPIC: Billy on washday.

to get his pants washed. He accidentally spilled his coffee all over his pants, so he had to wash them. When he was waiting there, he turned on his PSP to play some Metal Gear: Portable Ops, when suddenly his PSP broke. He got mad, and destroyed the entire laundromat.

Billy now had a partner, and now were branded criminals after killing about two policemen. They were now on the loose. Thanks to Snake's sneaking skills, they were able to avoid most of the policemen. The two were hiding out in the middle of the city, and are being chased by the police.

Billy and Snake contact the Amazing Dan so they can get passports to Venezuela. He is sympathetic to their situation.

when they arrive they run into a strange swedish man with a blond mohawk then the venezuelan police agree to help the american police catch billy and snake in exchange for a cheeseburger and ronald Mcdonald to visit the Hugo Chavez
