Dammit Valve, while you keep denying us closure to the Half Life saga by not releasing Episode 3, you still manage to make us drool all over you with those damned TF2 updates of yours.

Now of course we all knew this already, and this raises the question; why Cowabungaa, why have you made this topic? The answer is simple; a new and again amazingly fantastic little comic [http://www.teamfortress.com/loosecanon/], this one obviously continuing on the epic Engineer Update tease video we all saw months ago and so, hopefully, heralding more information on that update in the very-near-future.

I find it absolutely amazing how Valve can attach such a brilliant backstory to a seemingly shallow multi-player-only game. Such rich characters and little story arcs that leave one begging for more.

But fanboyism and news-value aside, I wanted to use this little event to re-open the discussion on the Engineer Update; what do you expect? What's probably been hinted at? And will we actually get the gun shown in the Apple trailer? And of course, if anyone might find hidden links or anything (I suck at that) in that comic, or in anything that follows, do tell us.

Further proof that Valve consists of absolute geniuses. The "Meet the..." series, the Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 opening cinematics, Portal as a whole, and now this. I'm seriously considering getting a degree in anything to do with game design so I can be a part of Valve.
