I generally consider myself to be a calm and calculate person and it's either the rage or those 3 Red Bulls I had 2 hours ago but if I ever saw those 2 on the street I'll swiftly introduce them to my fist, followed by my even friendlier knee.

Yes, sometimes it is (sadly) necessary to put down accidental puppies/kittens that can't be cared for, but lobbing them gleefully in the river is NOT right.
