Code Geass would make for some bitching Turn based stratgy ala Advanced wars/Fire Emblem.

Trigun would make an awesome video game.

Wallflower would be a fun dating-sim style thing... make over Sunako into a lady and earn points, idek.

That's the thing, most of the ones I'm thinking of already have been turned into games, like Negima. Except Hellsing. And they were apparently making a Trigun game, but it's in development hell.

See, Gantz is the kind of game that just can't be ruined. If it is then the person responsible should be dragged out into the street and shot.

And my choice is: Cowboy Bebop or GetBackers. I like the potential for open world bounty hunting those series would give me.

Kiba would make a great game. (i don't mean the character from Naruto, as awesome as Kiba Inuzuka is, there is an anime called Kiba that rules). it has a very deep plot, amazing battle and some great characters.

Code Geass has great potential. Don't actually know if Full Metal Alchemist was ever made into a game, but that one would be kickass, too.
And I feel obligated to yell 'NEON GENESIS EVANGELION' at the top of my lungs, despite the fact that there have been several games already... it's just that they were all crap. -.-

Bleach for PS2 should kick ass, but it doesn't :/ Bleach DS 2nd Kokui Hirameku Requiem is arguably one of the best (anime/manga) fighter games ever made, and surely the best one for DS. Also there are bunch of anime games that are great, but we will never know it because they weren't translated (I would be happy with just the subtitles and translated menus/items)

Fail on my part for not doing research, but still there is a lot of potential for a game like Gantz

They've done a couple of Gundam games (Gundam Dynasty Warriors or something like that...), none of which were very good.
