Well me, being an emotional and sensitive guy have cried quite a bit at several different shows.
Mainly Clannad, I mean seriously, episodes 16-24 contain some of the saddest scenes I have ever seen in my entire life.
Besides that, though, I've also cried watching episode 21 of Lucky Star because of the bit with Kanata.
I also cried a tiny bit during the last episode of Toradora!
And oh yeah, I also cried a some more at the end of Angel Beats!
I cry pretty easily.

Code Geass made me cry. Like serious tears cry. But I also cry at very cute parts of anime also. But Code Geass takes the cake.

I haven't cried to any kind of movie in as long as I can remember (though the beginning of Up! did choke me up a bit... almost got a tear) but the only Anime that I saw that even drew emotion well was Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal

When Kenshin is tracking down Tomoei, and he gets the hell kicked out of him, and he's bleeding everywhere and he keeps trying to find the woman he loves and thinks betrayed him just to find understanding. And finally finds her and she sacrifices herself for him.

I've never cried watching an anime but I will admit to getting choked up at the end of Angel Beats. Also the end of Code Geass didn't really make me want to cry but it did leave me speechless for upwards of five minutes or so.

Royal Space Force: Wings of Honnemise.

Not cry as such, but when I watched it as a young, impressionable little kiddly-wink about 20 years ago, it was quite moving. A mix between "Whee! Space rocket!" and "Damn, that sucks. He's kinda stuck there now."

I have never yet cried to an anime, but Elfen Lied, FMA, Chrono Crusade, and Lovely Complex have all brought me close.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, because I'm a WIMP. It's a well-known fact that I give that show way too much praise.

Wings of Honeamise, Giant Robo: The Day the Earth Stood Still (The final twist with Genya at the end was what really did it), Kaiba, and Princess Tutu. While it has yet to be animated, I also cried during some of the death scenes in Pluto. Grave of the Fireflies and Barefoot Gen go pretty much without saying.

I laughed my head off for all of Clannad, Code Geass, and Death Note. I would have done the same during Air, but as an artist I was to busy being filled with rage that someone was actually payed to draw those designs. Air has the worst artwork I have ever seen in a professional work of any kind. I'm okay with all the ultra-cute abstraction, but Air has worse anatomy than Hello Kitty and when they can't get simple things like the relative positions of the mouth and eyes right (and then mess this up A LOT) the characters cease to be cute and become bug-eyed monsters.

Violence Jack also made me cry, but only because it's so mind-bendingly terrible that it feels like being physically assaulted.

A little emotional from FMA but barely. I can't really find the human side to any characters in anime.

Gurren Lagann - Episode 8
Seriously? Do I really need to explain it?? If you don't know, watch the damn show!

Zeta Gundam
The last third of the series took an incredibly dark turn. The last couple of episodes have so many key characters getting killed that it just shocked me to the core.

Cowboy Bebop
Spike's death and the ending song that follows just make me tear up every time.

Spoilers...

Cowboy Bebop... the whole last 2-3 sessions. You know for example that one scene, when Fay finds her old home, (which isn't even a ruin anymore) draws her bed in the dust and lays down. (And you know: Yepp... everything which was her past is gone...). Or when it is made clear that the Bebop will never fly again. Or That Ed WILL just go on.

And two or three scenes in Gungrave. (The death of Cherry, and the last stand in the last episode) got my eyes a bit wet, the last stand of course were MANLY tears.

Oh yeah.. and OF COURSE the death of Wolfwood in trigun. Come on when he is kneeling in the church, his huge cross on his shoulders and he is thinking/saying: "I don't want to DIE" Waterfalls , man

I haven't cried watching an anime yet, but I came close this week when I finished Clannad After Story, I was surprised how close I came to crying. It is just so sad.

When Nagisa died I was sad, and getting close to tears, but then when Tomoya was getting along with his daughter I felt better. But when Ushio died, wow I felt terrible, Tomoya seemed to finally be content with his life again and now another dagger is shoved into his heart. I remember when they found out that Ushio had the same sickness as Nagisa I was thinking in my head "Don't tell me she is going to die now too." I actually believe that if what happened to Tomoya happened to me, I don't know if I could go on living.
