Hello everyone!

I watch a fair bit of Anime, both dubs and subs, I don't prefer one over the other but subs isn't something I can watch while doing other things or lazily procrastinating and I've recently run out of Anime dubs on my To Watch list so basically I'm looking for some more.

Let me know some of your favourites, Sub-genre really doesn't bother me, I can watch/get into pretty much anything.

I'll list what I remember already watching/some of my favourites:
Code Geass
Full Metal Alchemist
Death Note
Zoids New Century
Elfen Lied
Orphen
Trigun
Gantz
Dragonball Z
Cardcaptor Sakura (though I preferred the sub)
Sailor Moon

I'm sure there are others, but that gets a lot of the popular stuff out of the way.

Baka and Test is a pretty solid one. All the voices fit the characters they're talking for. The pervert sounds like pervert, macho man sounds masculine, and so on. It's also the only anime where I can tolerate Greg Ayres voice, which is saying a lot. It's mostly a comedy with a little action and romance thrown in.

Is this a Zombie? has a pretty nice dub. Another comedy with action and romance. Fairy Tail is pretty good. Other than that, I can't recommend anything else really. Infinite Stratos has a decent dub, but I can't honestly recommend that anime to anyone so... maybe give it a shot?

I see a lack of Bacanno and Black Lagoon on your list. Steins Gate has a good dub, but I've heard that it pales when you compare it to the original. Apparently, the japanese voice actors just seem to give it their all with the characters.

Thank you everyone.

A few there I have seen but plenty enough I haven't to keep me busy for a while.

I find most dubs to be passable at the least. None of them are nearly as bad as a lot of people say they are. Honestly, I can't stand avid dub hating.

But some that pop into my head are...

FLCL
Ghost Stories (It's seriously the only way you should watch it. The original sucked, so they basically told the dub studio to do whatever they want with it, so what you get is basically an parody series.)
Welcome to the NHK
Hellsing Ultimate
K-ON!
Lucky Star (With the exception of Patricia Martin's voice. It's the only dub voice I can't stand)
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt (The most raunchiest dub ever made. Not even the hentai dubs I've heard are as vulger as this.)
Gurren Lagann
Samurai Champloo
Space Dandy
Cromartie High School
Steins/Gate
Sword Art Online
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Wolf's Rain
Black Lagoon
Bacannno!
Garzey's Wing (Full disclosure, it's a terrible dub (and anime), but I love it, and is the only way to experience Garzey's Wing.)

I also recently watched the Toradora dub, which was actually really good, as well as the Kill la Kill dub.

Outlaw Star.

Lot of good (great) suggestions already in the thread, but I was sad to see no one had mentioned this.

Also most Miyazaki films are voiced very well.

(though I prefer the sub?)
Gunslinger Girl

Everyone else basically said my picks already...

I'd have to say Persona 4 The Animation. I'm generally a purist when it comes to anime, wanting to stick with the original Japanese so the intended tone and such are undisturbed, but Persona 4 isn't the same when those characters are speaking Japanese. Especially Teddie! It's just wrong. The VAs are, from what I can tell, the same as in the game itself, and they do a damn good job.

I'm gonna say this now and you're all gonna call me an old fuck:

Anime with dubs is fine, look I grew up watching anime in the early 90's, we didn't have any of this fancy you roll and crunchy tubes to give us subs, DVD's weren't a thing and I was just grateful for whatever bootleg/official release I could grab my clammy kiddy/teenage hands on. We often have no actual context for what the Japanese performance sounds like and many MANY dubs now are a hell of a lot better than they were, many are easily comparable. But this illusion that Japanese VA's have "more amotions... amotions are polygons and no one has more polygons than Japan so they have more amotions" is ludicrous. English VA's are fine and just as good.

If it's an aesthetics thing for you, you just prefer to watch the subs, fine, more power to you, but realistically it's easier to count the number of terrible dubs than the "passable" or even good ones. And I'm a guy who's seen every anime in my library with both dubs and subs (when available as an option anyway).

Maybe the difference is because I didn't grow up with fan subs readily available... I had to wait for the English release, so I didn't have time to figure how all characters should sound in English... but truth be told, I didn't care too much anyway, a decent performance, a good story and good animation is all you can ask and often it's what I got.
