Animes about Talented Kids

I'm kind of getting interested in this type of story. I'll list the ones I already know, as well as any mentioned in this thread, so we can avoid double recommending if possible. In case you're confused, basically stories about kids with unique talents, not just being smart. I'd appreciate it.

NOTE: Perhaps I didn't make myself clear enough. What I am looking for is something like R-15, in which the students all have their unique talents (writing, clarinet, programming, photography, etc.). So basically, I want something in which they're talents are unique, not the same thing.

How about Prince of Tennis? Have only seem glimpses of it, but I believe it's about some tennis playing prodigy. It seemed really stupid to me. I'm not an anime fan however.

I was about to say something like Azumanga Daioh, who's main cast includes a young girl who was so smart that she bypassed the rest of elementary school and went straight to high school. But that's probably not what you're looking for.

I can't really think of anything else personally. I've never really watched much anime beyond Fullmental Alchemist and Azumanga Daioh.

Do not watch Prince of Tennis. It's an awful series with criminally flat characters.
I'd suggest Phantom:Requiem for the Phantom, it's about a 15 year old who is kidnapped after showing super-human survival instincts and then trained to be an assassin.

Well shit, I was about to recommend Yakitake Japan. It's about a young baker who wants to make bread worthy to become the nation's official bread. The very title, like the series, is puntastic.
