I live in a little city in Wisconsin USA. Local dish is beer with meat beer with fish or beer with beer. I think I am gonna go for a nice simple honey chicken with a side of something. Finishing with some chocolate dipped fruit cause cliches are the best.

Carrot & Coriander is always a good start. It's easy to make too.
