I use waaay too many emoticons. Like, 3 or 4 a post usually. A bad habit from my MSN days I think.

I probably swear too much as well, and I tend to make big quote towers quoting people and responding to them probably unneccissarily.

The worst thing I do: Link to a thread, deposit my two cents, and leave. I often contribute little (though never nothing) and it's uncommon that I quote another user. Yeah, I'm that guy. And guess what? I'm doing it right now.

I read the first post on a thread until I get the point and then post my reply regardless of what others have already posted.

Oh and although I've been fairly short here, I can happily spout on for half a page when someone hits one of my rage buttons.

My friend tells me I should try twitter as I've nearly always got something to say about everything, but the idea of trying to compact everything I want to say into 140 characters is beyond me.

On that note, surely 'twat' is the past tense of 'twit', not tweeted? Well, it should be.

It is a new verb so it does not yet have a proper term, but I think 'tweets' is present tense and 'tweet' should be past tense.

I often try too hard to be funnier than I really am. But at least I admit it.

I act like myself.

I've been told it's really annoying.

The Escapist even gave me the Navi badge to drive home the point.

I tend to type alot because I want to say everything that is in my head and in full sentences. Also I use smilies alot. Don't know if that would come across as annoying. Hmm.

I suppose I'm a little snide when it comes to religion and the religious. The last person I "attacked" for it was asking for it though, normally I try and just leave it.

Yes, but with my plan, I get to say 'you twat' regularly to my mate and he can't call me on it :D

I generally post stuff aimed at what I want to say, without the slightest thought of that someone might want to read it. Often resulting in walls of text or just uninteresting posts. This isn't really annoying for other people since they just skip past it. But it is annoying for me since I don't get any replies :p
