Maybe it's because I don't pay attention to the pundits, but the only stories about OWS I've managed to find on Fox News was various reports of arrests, the same thing CNN and BBC has been reporting.

Thats exactly what I thought, ive seen a fair few Anonymouse vids before, for their major ops, but there all pretty high standard and stuff, this vid sure as hell wasnt.... Seriously, i highly doubt that is going to be a large attck, more like one guy and his laptop if the vid's anything to go by..

Also they (usual) seem to use a high standard vocie sync, and and lots of different voices layered on top, this was clearly done using the speak function on google translate...
